New do
For lack of anything better to write about (and I don't know why I feel I have to in the first place...if you look at my post numbers I've posted more this year already than I have in the previous 2 years. But I digress) I will post a picture of Bria's new haircut.
We went to get her hair trimmed and she insisted it be cut this short. I am not in love with it yet (such a huge change) but she is thrilled with it. Loves it so much that I'm very glad I let her do it. I would have had to draw the line at a mohawk, but I figure a short bob is cool. Easy for the summer, anyway. And, the great thing about hair, is that it grows.

Adorable. Bobs are the best.
She's such a pretty girl. The shorter hair frames her face nicely. But I know what you mean about getting used to is. When my Alyssa was 4, she cut her hair to the nub. It broke my heart to have to cut off the length and go to the short bob. Eventually, I did get used to it, and in the end, it helped her hair to thicken up and grow in stronger - got rid of the baby fine hair, if that makes sense.
Your dd is adorable with long hair or short. The long hair and glasses look definitely gives her the "cute, smart girl" look. The short hair is a little more on the perky side.
She is beautiful indeed! The new do looks great on her!
